Ever since the day our founders Joseph (Joe) and Amelia (Millie) Incardona hired their first employee in the early 1930s, we have strived to follow their model of treating our team like family.  Many of Joe and Millie’s employees retired with Inco Beverage after spending several decades with the company.

Today, the team has grown to more than 90 employees at our two locations in Johnstown and Greensburg, PA.  We offer competitive wages and solid benefits, including profit-sharing; health care coverage with vision and dental; and a retirement plan with a generous annual contribution by the company.
